结论
kimsufi 的独服,硬盘有坏道,要自己重装系统才给换盘。
从收到的邮件的意思看,似乎是kimsufi的独服会自动硬件检测并发现错误,但只要你的机子能转是不会给你换硬盘的。自己处理数据
当你自己点重装系统时如果系统已经检测到故障,会触发人工干预。。。进行全面硬件诊断,如果检测有问题,会自动给换。。。。只开单是不管用的。重启,救援模式啥的也都不管用。。。。。
Interventions干预记录中,可以看到19点27做了硬件诊断
我的ticket依然没动静,但多了一个诊断完成的单子,内容和邮件一致
起因
硬盘好像有坏道了,开了单子俩礼拜也没有人处理,搜了搜kimsufi好像就是没人回单的Kimsufi reviews?,说如果有硬件故障会自动检测到,然后ovh的人会处理,但我这个有坏道的问题,不是挂掉,也没有人处理。
折腾了一圈,以为修复了,结果重装系统时,收到另一个检测到错误要换硬盘的邮件。。。。。

smart信息也确认是个新盘,型号从 HGST Ultrastar 7K4000 升级成了7K6000,但同样是已经使用了29300小时了。。。。。先用起来吧

之前折腾的内容整理如下
进入救援模式
管理面板
netboot
rescue
救援模式使用的系统,选"rescue64-pro"。
选好之后点击"Next",然后点击"Confirm"确认
手动将服务器重启一次,可以使用Kimsufi控制面板上的"Restart"硬重启功能。
接下来可能需要等数分钟,系统会发送一封主题为"Access settings for RESCUE mode"的邮件给你,打开一看,这里面有救援模式系统的root账户密码。
根据邮件就可以登陆进行操作了
救援模式原有的/dev/sda 默认是没有mount的,可以进行硬盘和分区修复操作
修复硬盘坏道
查看眼影盘的smart信息
smartctl -a /dev/sda
197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0012 100 001 000 Old_age Always - 12

修复命令
nohup dd bs=512k if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda &
修复完毕后在看smart信息

变成0了,说是已经修复
如果没有修复,最好换磁盘
也可以屏蔽磁道(没有试)

扫描坏块
badblocks -s -v /dev/sda1 > badsectors.txt
标记坏块
fsck -l badsectors.txt /dev/sda1
坑
网上有的文章是可以通过badblocks 输入块号来写入修复,不需要全盘修复。
但badblocks命令无法直接修复大硬盘,坏块编号超过32位整数无法输入。
badblocks only takes 32-bit integer as start/end values
通过kimsufi面板,安装系统。
装的过程很简单,选要装的系统
选定制安装,自定义硬盘分区表
然后下一步,勾上发布版内核即可。
坑,等半天没有反应,也没有装好的用户名密码邮件,看邮箱,有一个好像要换硬盘的邮件。。
